Vinyasa Flow classes focus on moving with breath as you flow from one pose to the next. Yoga is a low impact workout, that is gentle on your joints, while building lean muscle, increasing flexibility, improving balance & calming the mind. Modifications can be made for any pose, making my classes appropriate for all levels. Yoga is beneficial no matter your age, size or athletic ability.
