Beginning by finding stillness in our mind and focus on breath that leads us up to Sun Salutations. This class is a little faster than the Level 1 class but everyone is welcome — Modifications are given to suit everyone ;)
Sun salutations and creative flow sequences are emphasized, along with more challenging options for intermediate-level asanas. This class strengthens, balances and detoxifies your entire body and mind as you move through more challenging postures and connected breath.
You are guaranteed to get a great sweat, improve strength and flexibility, and focus your mind. This class is safe for all levels and is intelligently sequenced to create long lasting benefits.
The room is kept warm (not HOT) to enhance the effects.
