NKU history professor and author Dr. Paul Tenkotte will discuss the history of poverty in Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati. We know that today we have pockets of poverty, especially in our urban core but also beyond. Child poverty stats in our region have stirred the community to action. What came in the decades and centuries before? Dr. Tenkotte, the co-editor of «The Encyclopedia of Northern Kentucky» and an expert on local history will teach us a bit of that history — and field your questions.
