In this 4 week workshop students will learn the basic skills required for Aerial Hoop (Also known as Lyra), as well as gain strength and flexibility through conditioning. This 4 week workshop runs every week for 4 weeks. Included in this workshop is one free Open Gym pass that can be used during the 4 week period to practice the skills you've learned in class. You will learn a variety of pretty poses from the bottom of the hoop and inside the hoop and how to string them together, as well as different ways to enter the hoop.
No experience necessary. This workshop is perfect for beginners! However, if you'd like to try out a couple of our beginner friendly classes before signing up for a full workshop we would suggest starting with Intro to Aerials and Aerial Fit Express.
Make-up classes are not offered for workshops, and missed days will not be refunded, so be sure that your schedule allows for you to attend all four classes! :)
