Come enjoy our social—and find out how you can help save our 1891 schoolhouse! The Myers Schoolhouse began its journey from the west side of Cincinnati to Heritage Village Museum in 2008—but it’s not yet ready to welcome and educate visitors along with the rest of our 19th-century buildings.
You can help us get this building ready to make history come alive for thousands of students and visitors each year. While you’re here, you can have some old-fashioned ice cream, play some old-fashioned games, learn the history of our schoolhouse, and meet the school mistress.
This free event is a fundraiser; we’ll take donations and pledges to help us finish restoring the schoolhouse. Heritage Village Museum is a non-profit organization dependent on donations and admissions to develop educational programs, acquire buildings, and maintain facilities.
