Join Slow Food Cincinnati and Alan Wight of the University of Cincinnati for some lessons in urban foraging in Madisonville. The food mapping process helps us to think differently about food sources, landscapes and urban spaces. On the 27th, we'll meet at the Madisonville Library at 4830 Whetsel Ave and start a walking exploration of the neighborhood after a brief orientation. We will be looking for wild edibles, many of which are in season right now.
