Karolyn Kritikos will share her knowledge and widsom from helping parents one-on-one with their children's common childhood sleep problems. She works with parents to help reduce night wakings and develop healthy habits that help children fall asleep and stay alseep, in order to ger their recommended amount of zzz's and with less frustration.
