Join us every Monday night from 5PM to 6PM for Aerial Fitness and Flexibility. This is a beginner friendly (NO aerial experience required) circuit based workout. If you are looking for a great way to boost your core strength, stability and upper body strength whether you want to do aerial or play soccer, this is a fun and effective workout for everyone!
If you DO have aerial experience you can stick around because Aerial Open Gym is from 6-7 ($10) and you will already be all warmed up and ready to practice! If you STILL haven't had enough, FUNdamentals of Acro ($10) along with the Acro Open Jam ($5 OR both for $12) runs from 8-10!

***If you plan to come to OPEN GYM — You must be currently taking workshops or privates with one of our instructors from Elevated Aerials OR be at a Level 1 or higher.***
Not sure what Level you're at? No problem! Either Jessi or Brittany will meet with you during the first 10 minutes of Open Gym to test your skill level.
Level 1 Skill Test:
— must be able to perform an 8 lock in the air, three climbs up, three times in a row without touching the ground.
— must be able to successfully perform a crossback straddle, three climbs up.
— must be able to perform a diaper wrap (inverted crossback with wrapped legs) three climbs up.
