Dance2fit was founded by Jessica Bass of Dance Fitness with Jessica. I was certified by Jessica June of last year. Classes are 60 minutes long. You'll burn around 500-700 calories. We do around 12-15 dance fitness routines. Routines consist of about 60% dance moves and 40% fitness moves. This isn't boring cardio, you're going to shake your booty and have a blast! Bring your friends and have fun working out. Do something for YOU, come try out a class! Your first class is free so what do you have to lose?
