Join us for a FREE Pure Barre class! The class starts at 9:00am so be sure to get there about 20 minutes early to check-in and set up your mat AND ✨ the first 20 people who sign in will receive a goodie bag! ✨
✨There will also be a Planks for Tanks contest before the class. Whomever can hold their plank the longest wins a Pure Barre tank!✨
Pure Barre is a 55 minute class, designed for all levels of fitness, offering a full-body workout that lifts your seat, tones your thighs, abs, and arms.
